- Commercial data brokers/sources. To augment the data we gather, we receive information about you from commercial data brokers and aggregators. This covers data that helps us stop fraud or other unlawful actions, as well as marketing data and assumptions.
- Other companies with which you engage. We get information from businesses that provide goods and services to My conner shop members, such as vendors, product suppliers, My conner shop co-branded partnerships, and joint venture partners. These goods and services could include order and delivery services, travel services, wireless devices and services, installed home renovation products and services, insurance, and vehicle services. These businesses might give us information about your interactions with them, including the goods or services you bought and your contact details.
- Content you post online. Your posts and disclosures on message boards, chat rooms, profile pages, blogs, and other services—including social media—may be gathered, utilized, and shared by My conner shop or its suppliers in accordance with the terms outlined in this Privacy Notice. Other users can also view this information.
- Service providers. We might use suppliers and service providers to gather data or give it to My conner shop in relation to tasks they carry out on our behalf. California mandates that we refer to the various categories of information we gather under distinct names in certain situations. - Personalization. To understand you and your preferences, to enhance your experience and enjoyment using our products and services and personalize your online experience and the advertisements you see when you use the Services or other platforms.
- Customer support. To send you information and notices about your membership account such as updates, order confirmations, delivery and pick-up notices, security alerts, and support and administrative messages.
- Marketing and advertising. To create marketing materials; to communicate with you about My conner shop and other companies’ products and services, offers, promotions, rewards, contests, upcoming events, and other information about our products and services and those of other selected companies; and to display advertising to you.
- Legal, security and safety reasons. For legal, security, and safety purposes, including safeguarding our rights and those of our clients and members, preserving the security of our networks and systems, enforcing our policies, informing people about product recalls or safety alerts, and attending to legal and regulatory compliance requirements.
- For any other purpose described to you at the time information is collected.
We combine information we collect from different sources to achieve these purposes and to give you a more seamless, consistent, and personalized experience.
OUR DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
In order to complete your transactions, deliver the Services, or answer any requests or questions you have permitted or requested, we may release the personal information we collect. For instance, we will share your payment information with banks and other organizations when it’s required for payment processing, credit risk reduction, fraud protection, or other relevant financial services. - Primary member or account-holder. Every My conner shop membership account has a primary member or accountholder who has the authority to administer the account and add or delete additional home or business associate members. The principal membership account holder may receive access to the contact and purchase details of household or company affiliate members.
- Household or business affiliate members. In certain situations, we might give contact details and purchase histories of principal members or accountholders to members of the account’s household or business affiliates.
- Account administrators. We share the contact details of primary and household account members with the administrator you designate to handle your account.

We share information with other businesses when you use your My conner shop membership to purchase goods or services from them or to seek information about them. We take this action to enable them to supply you with their goods and services, handle complaints, offer installation and warranty services, as well as send you recall or emergency notifications. We may also share information about you with businesses—such as co-branded businesses or joint marketing partners—that provide their goods and services for our and their marketing needs. - Our affiliates and entities that belong to My conner shop’s corporate group. We share personal data with our corporate affiliates, subsidiaries, and affiliated businesses that share ownership and management.

- Citi / My conner shop Anywhere Visa® Card by Citi applicants and cardholders. We may provide Citi with contact details, details about your membership number and status, and the total amount of your My Conner Shop purchases if you apply for a My Conner Shop Anywhere Visa® Card.
- Suppliers. WCompanies who provide the goods and services that My conner shop sells are given access to personal information for business and marketing purposes.
- Marketing, advertising and analytics providers. We share information with other businesses that market and advertise our products and services as well as those of our suppliers. This involves sending you news about forthcoming events, promotions, prizes, contests, digital (online) targeted advertising, and other marketing opportunities. Additionally, we might utilize photos taken inside or outside of our buildings in ads and marketing materials.
- Tobacco rebates for business members. To facilitate the processing of retail incentives for Business Members who buy tobacco goods for resale, we give the tobacco makers’ agent our member name, address, brand name, and the quantity of products purchased. - Corporate transactions. WIn the course of a corporate transaction or legal action, such as a merger, financing, acquisition, bankruptcy, dissolution, or a transfer, divestiture, or sale of all or a portion of our business or assets, we may also reveal personal information.
- Employer-provided memberships. We may share your name, address, purchase history, membership level, and status with your employer if your employer bought your membership as an employee benefit.

Depersonalized Data. Information that is no longer personal may be combined or deidentified. When it comes to deidentified information, we promise to keep it that way and use it for that purpose. We won’t try to reidentify data unless it’s absolutely required to assess how well our deidentification rules, processes, and procedures are working.
YOUR PRIVACY CHOICES
We give you options regarding the personal data we gather about you. Your membership account’s household or business affiliate members are not affected by the decisions you make; they solely apply to you.
Opting out of marketing communications is possible. To stop getting marketing materials from My conner shop, you can do the following:
- Visiting any Membership counter at any US or Puerto Rico My conner shop warehouse;

You can opt out of disclosures of your personal information. You may direct My Conner Shop to stop disclosing personal information relating to you with third-parties for their marketing or other purposes by visiting our “

By going to the Cookie Settings page, you can choose not to have digital trackers and cookies for targeted advertising.
Mobile notifications and text messaging (SMS) can be turned off. If you agree to receive SMS (text) communications from us, we will give you information about your order and delivery status, among other things. In addition, as allowed by law, we will send you SMS (text) messages in the event of an emergency, an urgent product recall, and other specific (non-marketing) situations. To cancel, simply reply “STOP” to any SMS (text message). We might also use our app to deliver warnings or push notifications to your mobile device. By adjusting the mobile device’s settings, you can disable these alerts.
You can no longer use the device’s exact location data. When using our mobile apps, we will request your permission to enable features like the digital membership card alerts and to use the exact location data on your device. We won’t gather precise location data from your device if you refuse to allow us to do so, but some app features might not function. By disabling the app’s precise location feature in your device settings, you can revoke your permission for its use at any time.
Disclosures about tobacco products are optional. If, as a California Business Member, you would prefer not to have information about your tobacco purchases disclosed to us, please use any of the above contact options to let us know.
Using any of the above-listed contact channels, you can obtain information about your membership and any personal data we may have gathered about you. If supplying the information would be illegal, could violate someone else’s right to privacy or other rights, or if we are unable to verify your identity as the person to whom the information pertains, we reserve the right to reject requests that are excessive or unreasonable, to the extent allowed by applicable law.
STATE-SPECIFIC PRIVACY RIGHTS
Additional privacy rights may be granted to you by state legislation in which you reside. The rights of inhabitants of Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, and Nevada are outlined in this section. The California Privacy Rights section below outlines your rights in regards to privacy if you live there.
Connecticut, Colorado, and Virginia
You are entitled to see, amend, and remove some personal data that we may have about you. You have the right to obtain personal information in a format that is easily transportable and useable when you seek access to it. You also have the right to limit how that personal data is used for targeted advertising, limit how that data is sold, and manage how we utilize any sensitive data we may hold. Additionally, you have the right to be treated equally when exercising your right to privacy without hindrance.

My conner shop will ask for your permission before processing your private, sensitive data. Your consent can be withdrawn at any moment. NEVADA
Nevadans have the option to refuse having some categories of their information sold to businesses who would then sell or license it to other parties. CALIFORNIA PRIVACY RIGHTS
